Why I Create
I’ve learned that life has a way of making us lose sight of ourselves. Sometimes it’s fear. Sometimes it’s grief. Sometimes it’s simply surviving for so long that we forget the parts of ourselves that once felt alive. I’ve experienced that in my own life, and I know how easy it is to believe that the darkness is all there is.
I don’t pretend to have life’s answers. I’m still figuring out my own path, and maybe there’s something in that journey that resonates with yours. I don’t believe another person can tell you who you are. We all experience the world through our own eyes, and the most meaningful discoveries are the ones we make for ourselves.
So I don’t create to change people. I create stories, art, and experiences that invite people to pause, become present, reconnect with themselves, and recognize the light that has been there all along. Because I believe that’s where belief begins to return.
If my work helps someone see themselves a little more clearly, even for a moment, then it has done exactly what it was meant to do.

Across cultures and throughout history, people have used stories to explore courage, grief, belonging, resilience, and hope. I believe those stories still have something to teach us. Not by giving us answers, but by helping us recognize ourselves within them.
